1. Contest is open to all registered members of HorsesWild Handicapping Forum who are at least 18 years old at the time of the contest.
2. Contest is FREE to JOIN; no purchase required. YOU ONLY HAVE TO REPLY to this thread with the phrase "I AM JOINING THIS FUN KENTUCKY DERBY PREP Contest".
4. Subject of contest are the 4 (four) Kentucky Derby Prep races on Saturday March 18, 2006
* Gotham Stakes at Aqueduct
* Tampa Bay Stakes at Tampa Bay Downs
* Rebel Stakes at Oaklawn Park
* San Felipe Stakes at Santa Anita Park
5. Contest Rules & Regulation.
5.1 Each contestant has one $2 EXACTA bet for each of the four races.
5.2 Contestant will predict the correct EXACTA for each race.
5.3 The contestant with the highest total profit for all four races will be declared the winner.
5.4 LATE scratch will be replaced with the post time favorite. If there are two late scratches on a contest entry, the top 2 post time favorites will be provided.
5.5 Use HORSE NAME on your ENTRIES; in EXACT EXACTA ORDER.

6. Deadline for submission of entries. All entries must be received by 3PM EST on Saturday March 18, 2006.

8. Guys this is a really simple contest intended for us to have an extra serving of fun, bashing and bragging - follow the rules. any questions post them here ahead of time.
9. DISPUTE and DISCLAIMER. Like all HorsesWild originated contests in the past, all final decisions to be made by me. There will be a 1 day period for airing disputes or miscalculations of results. And our lawyer insist that we include this phrase.. "by joining the contest you agree to abide by the rules and regulations and decisions made by the organizers. As well, you indemnify the organizer from any damages that may be suffered as a result of your participation to this contest."
