These are my personal horse racing picks and betting selections for Tuesday Feb 15, 2005. I like to wait till 10 minutes before post time before I place my bets - I personally avoid betting horses that are 5/2 or less, betting only horses with odds of 3/1 at 5 MTP. If you are interested, our "live" horse racing handicapping forum is known for independent handicappers posting their selections at least 15 MTP - some such as TURNFORHOME with specific betting instructions, too.
